Lamoille South Unified Union FY21 Annual Meeting and Budget:

Voting on the proposed FY21 budget for the Lamoille South Unified Union will be held on Tuesday, March 3, at your local town office from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Early voting has started! To vote early or absentee, stop by or call your Town Clerk’s office or make your request from the links on each of the Town Clerks’ websites.  Please vote!

Approval of this budget is important as it allows us to continue the high quality academic and extracurricular programming for our students in all of our schools. 

The Annual Report of the LSUU is available and may be viewed here.  A printed version of the publication is also available at your town office.  For more information, please join us at our February 17 board meeting - 5:30 p.m. at Morristown Elementary School and attend the LSUU Annual Meeting and Budget Informational Meeting on Monday, March 2, at 6:00 p.m. in the Copley Gymnasium at Peoples Academy.

PAML    Winter Carnival and Talent Show: Winter carnival will be Friday, February 21st. We will start the day off with our Middle Level talent show at 8:30am in the PA Auditorium.

Unbound Jackson Arena skating field trip is coming soon.  

Where : Jackson Arena

What : Skating, food and drinks.

Who : All Middle Level Students

When : Thursday, March 5th from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm 

This trip will be chaperoned by grade level teachers and include skating equipment rentals, food and drinks at Jackson Arena.

Please submit a permission slip and payment no later than February 21st. This is a first come first serve opportunity due to limited space.  

Morrisville Baseball/Softball Club Registration:  It’s that time of year to register for Tee Ball, Baseball and Softball. You now can sign up through http://clubs.bluesombrero.com/morrisvillevt11 Last day for sign ups is April 30th and the cost is $45.00 for each player. Volunteering and Umpiring are needed. Free Peoples Academy Pitching, Catching & Hitting Spring Baseball Clinics: The PA Baseball Clinic will provide instruction by varsity baseball head coach Keith Woodland, Associate varsity head coach Jeff Small and varsity pitching coach Ian Lanpher. Also working at the clinic will be members of the PA varsity baseball program.   • March 14th Pitchers/Catchers?hitting Clinic 8:00am-9:30 @ PA gym (ages 9-12)

  • March 21st Hitting/Defensive Drills clinic 3:30pm-5:30 @ PA gym (ages 9-12)

  • March 28th  Hitting/Defensive Drills clinic 8:00am-9:00 (ages 5-8)

Please bring a baseball glove, catchers gear, helmet, sneakers, bats, water bottle and athletic clothing.  

Newport Jr. Music Festival: Make-up date will be Wednesday, March 18th.
