A message from XC: Peoples Academy welcomes the community to use our cross-country ski trails. We have an enjoyable network of trails that are carefully groomed by volunteers and our coaches. The grooming is a delicate, difficult and time consuming task. When using the trails please consider the following:

  • Please use the groomed trails for skiing and snowshoeing only

  • When snowshoeing, please stay as far to one side of the trail as possible

  • Walking, running, and walking dogs can leave deep holes (post holes) in the trails that can create hazardous situations for our skiers, some who are very young.

  • If you need to use the trail network for your classes, please do so. When having a class walk on the trail, please take care to have them walk as far to the side of the trail and in single file

If you need to cross a trail, please do so in single file leaving as little impact as possible. Again, we do welcome and encourage people to get outside in the winter and use the trails.  We appreciate your willingness to be thoughtful and respectful when using the trails.

Thank you, PA - PAML Nordic Team

Unbound survey:

Hello People’s Academy 5th Grade Families,

The Unbound After-school program and People’s Academy Middle Level are looking to identify the summer camp needs for families in the Morrisville area.  Currently the Unbound Summer Camp is for students transitioning into 7th and 8th grade only. Meaning, if you have a student that will be entering 6th grade in the fall, they would not be eligible to attend the Unbound Summer Camp.  In recent years there has been consistent inquiry from 5th grade families about whether or not the Unbound Summer Camp is accessible to their students. This signifies that there may be a need to make Unbound Summer Camp available to a greater portion of the middle level population.

The following survey looks to address how many current 5th grade families might consider the Unbound Summer Camp if it was available to their students.  Before you fill out the survey please review the 2019 Summer Camp Details and 2019 Summer Camp Schedule documents with your student to get a better idea of what the camp looks like.  To be clear, this is just a needs assessment survey and not a registration.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
