3/2/20 Wolf Tracks

What a great couple of weeks we've had!

Lower House has been busy learning about sound waves in Expedition.

Lower House welcomed guests who spoke about Peru, Costa Rica and Uruguay.

Students have been working hard in Health & Wellness learning about the muscular system.

Friday brought the annual PAML Talent Show and Winter Carnival.  It was a beautiful day with the sun shining and lots of smiles!

We had a variety of acts perform at this years talent show, comedy, singing, dancing, short story reading, a rousing performance of the "Cup Song" by Ms. Ludington's TA and of course it wouldn't be a PAML talent show without an original rap from Mr. Paige. We have an amazingly talented group of students!

We had a variety of games and activities for Winter Carnval this year, including four square tournaments, fort building, snowball target shooting, snow sculptures, egg races, scavenger hunt and the list goes on...

We ended the day in the gym with two basketball games, 8th grade boys vs 8th grade girls and 8th grade students vs faculty.  A big shout out to the 8th grade girls basketball team.  They held their own despite having only 4 players against a deep bench of 8th grade boys.  Congratulations to the 8th graders who handily won the student vs faculty basketball game.  It looks like we need to have a few faculty team practices before next year.
