Duties: Prepare meeting agenda's, facilitate meetings, coordinate other committees and overall calendar of events.

Duties: Reconcile of finances with Janet Sanders monthly, financial report for meetings, keep record of financial receipts transactions and expenditures

Duties: Recruit & post schedule of workers, keep inventory of products and place order, work with PA cafeteria staff for cold storage needs, train volunteers on set up, operation and clean up

Duties: Take & distribute meeting minutes, help write thank you notes, assist in media releases

ABOUT US

Mission Statement: The Booster Club supports and honors Peoples Academy students in their pursuit of excellence in academics, the arts and athletics. Boosters works to encourage, promote and strengthen school spirit by lending physical and financial support for Peoples Academy sponsored extra-curricular activities/events.

Membership: Is open to students, parents, teachers and all other interested community residents who actively support and "boost" Peoples Academy.

Contributions to the Peoples Academy Community: Assisted financially in purchase of band uniforms, two sound systems, various uniforms, championship jackets, school related overseas travel, Close-Up, banners for publicity of events, Homecoming, various school clubs, sports awards celebrations, flowers on senior day(soccer)

BOOSTER NEEDS

Adults to work the food booth with students. Adults to Chaperone a shift at homecoming either 6:30-8:30 or 8:30-10:00pm. Contact Sheila Jones if you can assist.

Increase in memberhip and leadership and to fill the role of chairperson.
