to the new technology Help Desk!
The
MSD Help Desk will begin to facilitate requests for technology
support throughout the district. It will help tech-support organize
and service issues relating to the district's technology resources.
Click the "Tech Support Request" button to send a
request ticket to Tech-Support

The Help Desk login screen will appear; use your normal login
name and password to enter the Help Desk.

From the menu on the left select "Submit an Issue"
and the box below will appear. Think of this like submitting
an email; give your request a brief title and type a description
of the help you are requesting. In the "Issue Type"
dropdown menu select the basic catagory for your request. If
you have an attachment to send with your request, click the
check box and you will be prompted to select the attached file
from your computer. When you have finished, click one of the
submit buttons below the box.

The
Help Desk will also begin to hold an expanding library of technology
and technology application learning resources. These resources
will provide helpful hints and models of how to use our educational
technology resources. These resources will be developed by students
in the new Student Tech Support Center at Peoples Academy.

Click the "Tech Integration Library" button to view
technology learning resources.
Teachers
may request the development and addition of specific learning
resources to our library. Just fill out a request ticket asking
for help that relates to any technology application that you
or your class will use. The Student Tech Support team will work
to develop learning resources to fill your requests. |
